According to Khabar Khodro, select authorized dealerships of Iran Khodro in Ilam and Khuzestan cities have offered service in plan of offering services to pilgrims of holy shrines along with Emdad Khodro colleagues from 10th to 14th of Azar.
The CEO of after sales services company in Iran Khodro announced the news and told, “Considering millions of pilgrims and long way with traffic, the dealers of border towns were faced high amount of costumers and have worked in two shifts in order to make a good memory for customers.”
Seyyed Reza Hosseini said, “In order to accelerate offering services to this amount of costumers, experts of duty along with a special group from headquarter and other dealerships of neighbor cities were cooperating.”
He added, “Duty dealerships in Ahvaz region was 18 units 14 of which were working in 2 shifts and 4 of them in one shift.”
He admitted, “Until Friday more than 900 units of vehicles were referred to dealers in Mehran, Chazabe and Shalamche border towns or called Emdad Khodro the cause of which was heavy rainfall and staying on dirt.”
He remarked, “Meanwhile, accidents, using fake and low quality parts by costumers and lost key along with other deficiencies were most reasons of going to dealerships.”
He reiterated, “Colleagues of regional office in Ahvaz were based in Mehran, Susangerd and Khorramshahr border towns for inspection, supervision and cooperation with mentioned dealerships.”
